Facility Talents is seeking a Site Facility Manager for an international player in the real estate and retail asset management sector. The position is based in a retail center located 30 minutes from Strasbourg.
Within the center, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality technical and operational facility management services, while supporting sustainability and customer satisfaction.
As a central actor of the facility management strategy, you will coordinate technical building operations, manage hard and soft services, and ensure compliance with international standards. You will also drive efficiency initiatives to improve performance, cost management, and environmental impact.
Main Responsabilities :
Implement the facility management objectives of the center, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and compliance with standards.
Supervise service providers (maintenance, cleaning, security, etc.) and ensure proper execution according to service level agreements.
Negotiate with external contractors and monitor contractual commitments.
Prepare and manage the facility management budget, ensuring targets in quality, deadlines, and costs are met.
Monitor energy and water consumption, propose efficiency measures, and implement waste management protocols aligned with sustainability goals (Zero Waste strategy).
Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, energy, accessibility, and safety standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, BREEAM, etc.).
Oversee refurbishment or improvement projects in terms of quality, time, and cost.
Guarantee safety, hygiene, and risk prevention across all facility-related activities for employees and visitors.
Your Profil :
Technical university degree in engineering, architecture, or facility management. Postgraduate or master’s degree in FM is a plus.
3–5 years’ experience in facility management, ideally in the retail or real estate sector. Outlet experience is a plus.
Fluent in English and the local language.
Strong knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with BMS, CMMS, Autocad, BIM, project management, and sustainability standards (BREEAM/LEED/ESG) is valued.
Detail-oriented, structured, and results-driven, with excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
